You're welcome to make edits to any commission or design owned by you, just let me know beforehand. Credits must always stay as butchery @ TH or fighter @ TH. (Sometimes I will manually change the design credits to the link alone.)

Do not sell my designs off Toyhou.se.

Do not trace or heavily reference my artwork or designs. I'm totally fine with light inspiration (and even some color picking within reason), but please know your limits.

Also, don't take inspiration from designs owned by others, their rules deserve respect too.

Do not repost my art on other platforms (such as Pinterest, Xiaohongshu) without asking first. If permission is granted, always provide proper credit.

My work may not be used for hate speech or illegal content, including anything related to pro-ship media. Doing so will result in an immediate blacklist.

You're free to make my designs into closed species (CS) or remove them from one. No need to ask for permission!

No NFT, no AI content.

If you're already paying for or holding another design, please finish that transaction first before buying another, don't be greedy!

I no longer accept private offers, I tend to forget about them due to memory issues, so this helps keep things fair and organized.

I reserve the right to decline any commission at any time, with or without an explanation. If I do, you will not be charged or I will refund in full if payment was already sent.

Final artworks will be watermarked until full payment is received. Once payment is confirmed, I'll send you the unwatermarked version.

Please provide a clear reference of your OC: no heavy watermarks, blurry screenshots, or hidden details. Let me know any specific features, poses, or vibes you'd like included!

You're always welcome to ask for progress updates or changes, don't be shy!

There's a 4-day cooldown before you can trade, sell, or gift any of my designs. After that, you're free to do what you want with them.

Please don't bid or offer unless you're sure you genuinely want the design.

Avoid buying my designs just to resell them shortly after, it's disrespectful to the work and encourages impulsive spending.

Do not upsell or overprice my designs (this includes "vouchers").

You must add your own art or commissioned work before reselling any design that was traded or gifted.

Do not whitewash my designs.

You're welcome to redesign them as you like.

I must always be credited as the original creator, not the designer. Don't force my work to follow your TOS for a design that I made.

For customs, you can ask for multiple edits, but keep in mind that significant edits may increase the final price depending on the number of changes. Small tweaks are free! Just make sure to request any major adjustments before I finish the piece.
