  • Edits on both commissions or designs made for / owned by you are fine, but please let me know first. Credits must be always kept as butchery @ TH or fighter @ TH.

  • DO NOT sell my designs off Toyhou.se.

  • DO NOT trace or heavily reference my drawings / designs, please! I'm chill with inspiration (I don't mind color picking to some extent), but know your limits.

  • DO NOT share my art in other sites / platforms (such as Pinterest) without my permission first. Always provide credits.

  • DO NOT USE MY CONTENT FOR HATE SPEECH OR ILLEGAL CONTENT, including pro-ship media. You will be automatically blacklisted.

  • Feel free to make my designs into CSs (closed species) or void them from one. No need to ask for permission.

  • Commercial usage OK

  • NO NFT, NO AI CONTENT.

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission, with or without a given reason. I will not keep any money in those cases.

  • Finished versions will be heavily watermarked until Payment (Paypal only) is sent. Then I will provide an unwatermarked version.

  • Always provide a clear reference of your OC. No heavy watermarks. Always let me know any detail you wish me to add to your commission!

  • I DO NOT do refunds, unless I cannot complete your order.

  • You are free to ask for updates at any time.

  • THERE IS A 4 DAYS COOLDOWN BEFORE TRADING / SELLING OR GIFTING ANY OF MY DESIGNS. After that, do whatever you want.

  • Please refrain from bidding / offering on my designs if you are not sure you want said design. I find it slightly frustrating especially when it involves money.

  • DO NOT upsell / overprice my designs. This includes "vouchers". You must add art made by yourself or commissioned before selling any traded / gifted design.

  • DO NOT whitewash my designs.

  • Feel free to redesign, I don't mind.

  • I will always be credited as the original creator, NOT the designer. Do not force me to use your T.O.S for a design I made, that's rude.
